What is included in your full home inspection?

Our home inspections are designed to be thorough, detailed, and above industry standards.  But we also make sure that they are also useful to you as our client.  We want to make sure that your report is understandable, while giving you all of the details.  We work hard to bridge the gap between the technical data required, and the real human factor so that you can use your report with confidence.

SDIs virtual back office handles all transactions of payments and agreements as well as notifying all parties in a seamless automated manner.  At SDI you will find all phone correspondence to be free of any call center experience. Instead you speak with the inspector and owner every time.

In order to prepare the home inspection report, we obviously need to make sure that your inspection is orderly and thorough.  The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to complete.  This, of course, may vary according to the size and condition of the home - we ask you leave enough time so we can properly inspect all components.  We strongly encourage you to accompany me during the home inspection.  This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home.
