In order to prepare the home inspection report, we obviously need to make sure that your inspection is orderly and thorough. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to complete . This, of course, may vary according to the size and condition of the home – we ask that you leave enough time so that we can properly inspect all components. We strongly encourage you to accompany me during the home inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home.
